Realising that my actions were dangerous and finding out how long drugs can stay in your system. Not only the physical impact but to me more importantly the mental impact it can have on a person if something had happened.

It has been a great help in understanding how only just speeding can dramatically change the outcome of an accident, and also how long the effects of alcohol can last for. Always make sure you have eaten food before drinking, I also learnt about drink sizes and how to watch your drinks better.

Most definitely I drove to avoid police getting a fire, lazy driving not taking the conditions into account but after today it opened my eyes to how serious things can be. I will drive now to avoid trauma to others.

This course has given me an insight into not just the logistics and numbers involved in traffic offences in NSW but the personal, physical and mental impacts traffic offences have on the community, the people involved and family members. This program was very beneficial, it showed me how high the fatalities, crashes and injury statistics are. It showed me how easy a poor choice can lead to such serious life changing events. All crashes are avoidable and as a safe driver, it is important that I adhere to all road rules.

Sure, I have benefitted a lot. I am sure I am not going to drive after I drink alcohol.

Now I understand the situation after accidents. Drink driving is not a minor mistake in your life. It is a very big mistake to make.

It shown me how dangerous it could be being a driver of a vehicle and all the risks involved and how to prevent many of them by following the road rules at all times.
