I never want to be I this situation again. I have lived with the worry and guilt of hitting the cyclist since the accident happened and the prospect of really hurting him and causing permanent injury or death in first instance. Now I am faced with what lies ahead (1. court appearance, 2. criminal record, 3. disqualification of license) it is overwhelming and all the consequences for my mistake will have huge impacts on my life and my family/work/ financial life and I hope I will be given a second chance.
