I have benefitted in a very positive way. I have learnt invaluable information on first aid, road crafts, statistics. I feel enabled to make a difference through my own driving and give back to the community one day through the NSW Police.

Now I have a greater understanding of the effects of seemingly small decisions where they may lead to and the lives they may effect, I can safely say I will not make the same mistakes I have made in the past.

I have benefited from the program and now have a greater appreciation of the effect that my actions can have on other road users and the wider community. I also have a greater respect for victims of road accidents and the emergency service personnel who provide a valuable service to them.

I am going to re-new my first aid course. My attitude towards drinking has changed and I?ll still enjoy it but safely.

It has made me think of some of the other outcomes that could have happened from my poor decision on the night of my offence.

It has served to highlight the severity and incidences of drinking and traffic related offences and provided a real world perspective/insight into consequences and the impact stupidity plays in our community. Taking this program has greatly opened my eyes allowing me to see that my decisions affect the wider community. It has taught me to respect the road and the other road users. It has taught me to be more patient on the road.
